  14. It's one of the worst feelings in the world, being conned. After my 
  15. experiences, I've decided to never buy goods by mail order again - I'd
  16. say an extra tenner or so in the shop is a fair premium to pay for a
  17. definite delivery. Of course, I'm not implying that all mail order merchants
  18. and swindlers; once bitten though...

  26. I think that more or less sums up my feelings on the subject as well. I 
  27. wouldn't normally hit a woman - but the WTS secretary had the most irritating,
  28. whining, dumb Essex type accent I've heard in my life. While she was giving
  29. me the "Oi'm jest a dimb secretary, Oi know nafink", "It's not me job",
  30. "me boss is in a meeeeeting" spiels, I really wanted to perform hideously
  31. cruel acts of torture on her. I'd have liked to see her polish her nails
  32. after I'd extracted them ;-)
